    Ans : option 2
    Longer recall and retention of facts, Mastery of facts and information - Memory level(thoughtless level)
    Creative construction and critical interpretation of facts - Reflexive level( higher thougtful level).

      We can also go with elimination method, option 3,4 talks about critical, complex & mastery on facts (Reflective Level), option 1 talking about Rote learn (early stage). Hence option 2 is correct because it talks about Understanding Level.......
